A late 18th/early 19th century flintlock blunderbuss with spring loaded bayonet, with walnut stock brass fittings, etched detail, full length 81cm, barrel length 42cm
The spring action works however the retaining clip is weak. The trigger holds and releases in both positions - there is a small safety catch fitted by the hammer pivot. The stock has been refinished at the barrel end. No makers marks
